I am very pleased to be a part of a water well, garden and building project in Taweni, South Africa.
I chose to donate to the project through the Roll-a-Hippo Foundation.
It is also my family legacy project dedicated
to the memory of George and Jenny Gorcak.
PLEASE take note of the DIRTY WATER photos. These two photos were the original CATALYST ‘telling’ me to involve myself with this project. I believe strongly that access to clean air and clean water is a
BASIC HUMAN RIGHT, PRESENTED TO US BY GOD.
It should not MATTER WHERE ON THIS EARTH YOU WERE BORN, these people committed no sin,
there only ‘sin’- versus us in the West – was to BE BORN IN THE WRONG PLACE.
These pictures show women and children sharing consumption water WITH LIVESTOCK
(no wonder they are literally dying from diarrhea, and dysentery)
MAKES ME CRY EVERY TIME I SEE THE PHOTOS
A FARMING project and MEMORIAL WELL and GARDEN PROJECT
seemed like a NATURAL FIT to remember Uncle George and Aunt J.
I believe this MEMORIAL AFRICAN PROJECT WILL MAKE THEM VERY HAPPY!
Here are some highlights of the project that I would like to share with you. Thanks, Jim Hauck
